It depends on how much information you’ve provided in the onboarding form, and the complexity of the site. Generally, we aim for delivery of a final draft within 5 - 7 business days.

You’ll receive a payment confirmation to the email address you supplied at checkout.

Within 24 hours, we’ll start working with the information you’ve provided. We’ll send you an email or give you a call if we have any questions.

After this, within approximately three business days, you’ll receive the first draft to make sure we’re on the right track. This is your opportunity to give us feedback on anything that needs to be changed - please remember that this is for minor changes - no full re-designs, so the more information you give us at onboarding time, the better for everyone.

To ensure we build exactly what you want and eliminate guesswork, we require all clients to complete a brief onboarding questionnaire before checkout. This captures your style preferences, colour choices, and goals upfront, allowing us to hit the ground running and minimise the need for redesigns.

Aside from the pre-payment questionnaire, you will need to provide your website content, including your logo, images, and the exact text for each page.

Don't want to deal with the hassle? We can do it all for you! If you don’t have images or text ready, we are happy to source high-quality stock imagery and write professional, industry-standard copy for your site.

Any adjustments to our content will still fall under your one dedicated opportunity for minor tweaks before launch.

Yes, but we keep a tight ship to ensure fast turnarounds! You get one dedicated opportunity to submit a list of design tweaks before the final launch.

Please note: This revision window is for fine-tuning your layout, swapping fonts or colours, or adjusting text and images. It does not cover an entirely new layout or a total shift in direction from your onboarding questionnaire.

We want you to be happy! So we will provide a mockup of your homepage before we start building the rest of your site, to ensure we’ve nailed the look and feel that best represents your business.

Once you’re happy with the design direction, we’ll start work on the full website. At this point, the setup fee and first month’s subscription payment will be non-refundable.

Please read Section 4 of our Terms of Service which details the ownership options. Please seek profesional advice prior to cancelling if you choose to re-home your website elsewhere.

Because your monthly subscription covers your premium hosting and domain registration, your website requires an active subscription to stay live on the internet.

If a payment fails, we will notify you immediately to help update your details.
